headless linux server replace port

I have a Media server running ubuntu and also built one for my parents and would like to do something to make it easier for my parents to access the web UI's. So if say they want to get to the webmin or the plex page they don't have to remember port numbers.

For example replace https://myserver:10000/ with https://myserver/webmin/ or http://server:32400/web/index.html with http://server/plex

Can this be done? Thank you in advance for reading my post and any advice given.
