Need to make Maven web application project with another module

I need to make a Spring Web Application, with User management and Configure management(Related to Domain)

in which i have make maven modules for user management, which will have JSP and Spring Config files for UserMangement related like add user etc..

For the Configure management also need to make maven module, in which JSP and Spring config for the configure management

Because each module will be handled by different team, can we make one maven project which has these has maven modules

How i need to handle this?
