T-SQL to validate if HTML page exists

I have a series of URLs including a path and HTML file (as below) that I need validated on a regular basis. Is there any way within SQL to validate the existence of these Blank.html files or at least to validate that the full URL exists?

I know if they were local files or on a network share, I could just use master.dbo.xp_fileexist, but that doesn't seem to work for any valid URLs.

I realize this would best be handled outside of SQL with another application, but our current situation would best lend itself to using SQL, if possible.

Any help would be much appreciated.
