How to let jwebbrowse run in an interface free environment or run in tomcat?

I am working on a project that uses jwebbrowser to take a screen capture of a web page. At present, the function can be realized, but it can only be typed into a jar package. I can't make it run in Tomcat. Now I want to let jwebbrowser run the function of webpage screenshot and streaming in a non graphical environment. Have any friends done any related projects or understand this, please tell me
