IIS 6 to 7 migration tools

This is a question about migrating websites from Server 2003 servers to Server 2012 servers.

Currently we have all of our webservers running on server 2003 machines and I would like to get it migrated to server 2012 before the end of the year. Are there any third party migration tools that you have used that can help with this?
