Web Push Notification based on Date in Firestore

i have a web app that register the user and ask the user about his birthday. From this date, i generate some future event that the future dates will be saved in cloud firestore.

Can i use the date which saved in firestore to be used in a web push notification to notify the user about an event? I have read some web push notification tutorial, but i think it didn't work as my need. Thanks...
