What does mean attributes and operations for a doctor

I get a task from a company during an interview. Here is it: Write an Object Oriented "Patient Registration System".

The system should have actors such as 1. Patient 2. Doctor 3. Hospital 4. Nurse & [Other Actors that you feel appropriate]

You need to define attributes and operations for each actor.

The code is the backend that the UI will call. You need to make the API.

Here I am not understanding "You need to define attributes and operations for each actor".

What should I need to do? If I am talking about a doctor. Is it attributes means: his education and experience But what does mean operations for doctor.
