Web form with payments

I want to make a web form that sends data to Firebase only if user paid and Im pretty new to this. Could someone give me some quick-guide how to do this or some resources to study ? Thanks.

The work flow would be:

*User fills out the form > proceeds to checkout > pays > send data to firebase and also send email to the user *
