PDF generation via Libre/Openoffice template with fields

I have ODT template with fields and need to put data in fields and export to PDF by web application.

Do you know some API or examples for simple use at linux server?

Ideal solution: web app run bash script with data parameters, which use some lib/api to generate PDF for download
