WMV web player in HTML/PHP for ALL devices

I have a page in my Intranet which displays a Windows Media Player, playing a .wmv Video from a Server.

Now I wanted to ask how to play these Videos on Linux-Pcs and especially on Mobile Phones(windowsPhones, Adnroid, iOS), cause the player isn't loading from my php-Page on mobile devices.

Which Players can play WMV files and are supportet on ANY devices?
