Regrading source code/ html editing inside android web browser (for my customized app.)

I am into the development of an android app. which featured with a web browser. The thing is that the browser have to do some additional functions such as automatic editing of text font, adding highlights and hyperlinks to external sites such as dictionary etc. In desktop browser, we can easily do it with tools like firebug or even with inspect element feature. But the problem is associated with android browser. 1) Anyway to edit the source code in it? 2) If no possible solution for it, could we done it within a server (for the said processing) and then transfer it to android device? Also in that condition, could we view the website without losing its data and streaming contents if any?
