how to implement live video chat on a website? [on hold]

I need someone to put me through on how to have a live video chat on a website, if anybody have a tutorial or a link on it to share with me, even if it is a plugin i wouldn't mind. basically am trying to put up an online recruitment website that will allow job seeker to have live chat with employee instead of going down to office for interviews
