How do i archive and retrieve form submissions in ASP.NET mvc?

Hi i am a CS new graduate and new to web development and .net technologies,i have worked with Java before at University. Now i need to create a small sample web application for a Software Company that i am interested in a position.They didnt tell me exactly what i need to do for them they just told me do what you can about this project as a start. So lets say we have an online quiz and have 10 questions.What i want to do is after someone submit their quiz.İ want to keep detailed records and want to retrieve the exact form of quizzes he submitted whenever i want with radio buttons selected and might be set readonly how can i achive this?I would appreciate any help thanks.
