Free file-hosting site that supports direct downloading

I am looking for file-hosting. It should be free and Has a direct download link. I want to upload video files and then stream them to mobile device.

I tried Google Drive but its not work. And they will change their API this month. Do you know any other servives with simple proccess and good and permanent storage?
