How to integrate or manipulate DOM using python

I am doing website of digital bank which has features like face recognition, hand recognition and speech recognition using python. I have made all of these recognition by watching YouTube which will run only on VS code editor. So how to run all these face recognition on website or integrate with website backend. if I learn python flask then front end also needs to be developed in python?
