Website is down, but I can still access it?

I have a strange situation. The website I have created (a wordpress site) is marked as down by plattforms which check it. But I can still access it without any problem. I also tried pagespeed insights and it is also not available. Do you have any idea why I might access it and it is not available for others?

This is the lightspeed response:

I recently added the SSL Certificate (about 1.5 days ago).
