Web preview server is not starting

I am trying to start start web preview server from the "servers view" but is not starting. The error message says: "Starting web preview server" has encountered a problem. Server Web Preview Server was unable to start within 30 seconds. If the server requires more time, try increasing the timeout in the server editor.
