Use curl to load sh file

I'm trying to solve a CTF challenge. In this challenge, the sever has already installed curl. Example, When I enter: /?cmd=something. It will be given in shell_exec(). The hint I have is use curl to load sh file. But I don't know how to do it. Can anyone help me? Thank you so much!
