Not able to use the collectstatic command while deploying to pythonanywhere

I am trying to collect all my static files into one folder using the python manage.py collectstatic command but it throws me this error

notice the address '/home/vatsalp/django3-personal-portfolio/portfolio\static\portfolio' has mixture of forward and backward slash which might be the issue but do not know how to resolve it and also i am on a windows computer

please help me fix this!
