My webpage displays the fieldset at the bottom of the page when viewed on mobile but displays properly when viewed on desktop

I have a webpage which shows the fieldset containing tables and input fields which is displayed as a result of some SQL query operation. The display is rendered properly when accessed on a desktop but on accessing through mobile device, the fieldset and its component including tables etc are displayed on the bottom of the page. Any solutions would be appreciated
