Looking for Spring Boot Tutorials

I am new to spring boot. I am trying to make a web service that will enable an it personel and a user to send request file in a csv or text format through browser or postman. Afterwards, it will receive the report in an xml format. There are more to the use case but i am mostly having trouble with this part with files. I am considering using spring batch( which i still have no idea about, currently watching tutorials). If anyone can suggest an easier way to implement this, kindly comment your suggestion.
