Is there a way to ask user programmatically(in JS) to allow autoplay in Safari?

I know that it's possible to allow autoplay manually in safari website settings. But it isn't much user-friendly. Is there a way to ask user (display some popup) to allow autoplay programmatically from JavaScript?

Any help would be appreciated.
