What languages/frameworks should I use to create a website that can execute python scripts? [closed]

I wish to create a website described in the title, but I am stuck as I cannot figure out how to have my HTML/CSS website execute a python script on request.

I want the system to be designed as follows:

• User will click a button on the HTML/CSS website.
• A Python script will execute, creating a latex document.
• A command line argument will be called to convert the latex document to a PDF.
• The website should offer the PDF as a download.

I know HTML, CSS and Python. However I cannot figure out how to run Python scripts from a button on a website.

If anyone knows what languages/frameworks I should look into, I'd very much appreciate it(:
