What are the requirements needed to start web development career? [closed]

I just finished the Udacity web development professional ND, and I need to start my freelance career as a web developer. I have good knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JS. however I know that these are not enough to start my career, I want to know what are the needed skills to learn to start a powerful career?
