WebFlow Horizontal Scroll White Space

I am trying to have a horizontal scroll div.

Scroll Element = Wrapper content

For some reason, content is not stretching to full width of wrapper. And Wrapper is not stretching to full width width of scroll element.

I am getting additional white space there
