Unable to create website on IIS server & getting event message as A compilation error has occurred

I am creating a website in iis & getting the below errors while accessing

When checked the logged in user and is part of Admin Group & able to create folders for the path shown access denied.

Could some one guide me on this? but this is working on other server.
