web: Require some library or solution for resize webcam on window resize keeping the expect ratio?

I have a video chat (webbase) application, I am looking for solution such that on window resize, the webcam of the users auto resize keeping the aspect ratio.

Following is an application for reference, just join the meeting and try resize the window an check the effect. The similar effect with webcam getting resize I want to achieve.
