My browser showing problem loading page & Document Expired in the body part [closed]

My browser showing problem loading page & Document Expired in the body part.i am creating a forum website.i almost completed it.but, in the middle a serious issue comes. I created such interface for users where they can comment on my page after logging in & people can also answer all those questions & it works. but sometimes an error page pops up.let me show you the screenshots
