IIS - index.html in wrong directory

I have web Site on IIS and 2 application in this web site and thats works fine. But when I wanna add new application (.net core / angular8) I have problem because when I wanna view this app in web browser App looking for index.html and style.css in website main folder not in application folder. Why?
