I need some advice on how to build an identity building engine website [closed]

This is for a project of mine, I know some html, css and a bit of JS and i want to construct a website like this but more simpler. I'm not sure where to start. I am aiming to design a simple logo maker for users, with different types of fonts and colours they can chose from. I was wondering if there are any wordpress plugins or any sample code i can look at as a reference, im just stuck and not sure how to begin things.
