How to make firebase phone-auth work on emulators without adding testing numbers?

I have made an android app with android studio and firebase. It uses phone auth from firebase. Now i want a web version of. It is not that easy to rewrite an app as a website. So i decided to use this appetize io to run my app on web pages but firebase phone auth doesn't seem to work on emulators without adding testing numbers. Please help me!!! also suggest me some app to website converter. My app is written in java and xml
