How to force 301 redirect to www?

I am running into a serous problem. I want to force redirect "https://ars.cu.ma" and "http://ars.cu.ma" to "https://www.ars.cu.ma". I have tried many htaccess codes even from stackoverflow. But none of them worked. Please help me.
