How do i gather all the formation collected and assign the user with a specific item?

I don't think i worded the question correctly, I am create a simple logo maker just like fiverr's and wix's logo maker, but on a much similar scale, ranging from only 2 to 3 questions. I start off by finding a quiz template so i can customize it, what i am struggling with is collecting all that data and assigning a logo that we already have to the users at the very end. I am not too good with Javascript so im not entirely sure on how to proceed with this.

I changed up the questions to, what logo style do u want and what colour you want, with that, i hop to narrow down the options and only display specific logos that we already made to fit their preferences.
