CURL post request from Web Server(Godaddy) to Local Host(XAMPP)

Im trying to send a Curl POST request from web server(Godaddy for example) www.domain.com to localhost XAMPP but I don't know how? if anyone can help me what should be the URL of the CURL request or the method that would be great
