I'm trying to understand the best way to design a website for both mobile and desktop. I noticed some website have a m.yelp.com for there mobile website and some don't.
Right now I'm using media queries in CSS to display things differently in the mobile version vs desktop version. This seems like it works for small design changes. However, I really want to move things around. Is this how modern website do it. Seem image below for weedmaps.com
