prod thumbnail doesn't show up on landbot

I'm using those meta tags to display a thumbnail using landbot:

<meta id="og-image-secure" itemprop="image" property="og:image:secure_url" content="LINK TO IMAGE">
<meta id="og-url" property="og:url" content="LINK TO URL">

Using landbot the QA and Staging links are working - but the production does not. Does someone have that problem?

Copying the link on WhatsApp for example is showing the thumbnail on all the environments. Only using landbot with WhatsApp.
