Jssor slider animation breakpoints no longer work since it was updated from 27.5 to 28.0

Can any other users of Jssor slider https://www.jssor.com/ confirm that animation breakpoints are no longer functioning in the latest version (28.0.0)? Animation breakpoints are used to insert pauses in slideshow animations. When the animation is run within the Jssor workspace, the breakpoints work properly, but when previewed or viewed, or exported and viewed in a browser, they have no effect.

I have emailed them twice explaining the issue at jssor_dev@yahoo.com, and jssor_service@yahoo.com, but gotten no response. I pay an annual fee for this software. It would be nice to know if it's still being maintained/supported.
