I have an issue with Drupal based website Login issue

I have my USA client website based on Drupal. I am from Pakistan and the client asks to use VPN before login. I have changed my browser location manually as well as using Browser or Hotspot shield VPN but I can't able to get access to log in.

Kindly help me with how I can log in to the website for working.
