How to play songs on mulitple devices simultaneously using PHP?

I am trying to figure out a way to play songs in such a way that multiple users can listen to it simultaneously on a php website.. Its just like sync-tube but here we will have music instead of videos... I just a 19 yo student and wanna try something fun... I need a basic idea of can it be done, If yes than a guidance too!
