How to make meta search engine? [closed]

thank you for your visit. I'm an university student who majored in "Library and Information Science." Recently, I'm interested in 'how can I buy books for the cheapest price.' so I think up that Let's make a used book search service. and there is one method I thought. That is "meta search engine" WOW :) Simply say, When I suppose that there are 100 online used bookstores, I hope to make one search can show me the 100 results.

but, I am stranger about programming. I cannot catch sense how to make it. What should I do....? :( I'm the stray sheep. I just swimming in the chaos. how can I get the information about make the meta search engine....? please show me your mercy.
