How to import a library on plain HTML, CSS, JS website [closed]

I'm trying to add Date-fns into my website. The instructions on the documentation says I need npm to install it however, my website is just plainly front-end (I think?) with HTML, CSS, and JS. They don't seem to have a CDN link available for the latest version. Is there any way I can integrate this library to my website?
