how to get all data from a website? (using wget)

How can I get all the data from a website using wget? (Download the site, with the data I have on the site) .Can this be done through a web browser? Should the wget command be entered in the browser terminal? Please answer in any way you can.Thanks.(It is better if face of this download is the same as site itself)
