Tomcat Version:6.0.53

Log: java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: Document base E:\web.metadata.plugins\org.eclipse.wst.server.core\tmp0\wtpwebapps\mysite does not exist or is not a readable directory

I have already check the below answer,but I can't find the tomcat.conf file. Document base /home/ec2-user/myproject/web does not exist or is not a readable directory
