Changes made to website/html files have no effect, when I open in browser

im doing a very simple web design project. I have a html file, in which I give this file path for at picture

src="../../FRB190711/FRB190711host.png"

I find out that the six should be a seven and update to this

src="../../FRB190711/FRB190711host.png"

and hit save. I open the html file in my browser, but it still uses the number 190711. I try to clear my cache and browser data (which I have had succes with when ecountering same problem before) but this has no effect. I also try just rebooting my computer. I also try to disable caching in the browser. nothing works

Why is this? i have also tried just making some other changes, adding a and such, but my files are totally unresponsive. I run windows 10
