Loading issue for ASP.NET MVC application directly on browser

I am using Visual Studio 2015. I have created an application in ASP.NET MVC either I try to debug it or start it without debugging, it is running IIS but it is not loading directly on browsers like the default behave of it that when we click on start button the application gets load on browser directly.
