Images load too slowly after deployment after building my angular and builder project with ng-build prod

Hello so I did an angular project and after finishing everything and deploying I realize that some images are loading too slowly. Also I used Angular routing and it doesn't work very well once the site is deployed. That is to say that if we try to access some part of the site by pasting the link in the bar it does not work.
