How to verify the content of User blogs on my website before posting them publicly?

I am developing a blog website where any user can just login and post a blog. My concern here is that ho to verify the content as I don't want user to post any abusive or inappropriate blogs. I thought to do it manually but considering the fact that number of blogs will rise in future , this doesn't seems to be feasible solution. Also I want user to share the blogs instantly so for that I want something so that it can verify content as soon as User post anything.
