How to use Digital Personal Scanner JavaScript API to verify fingerprint

I have been able to use the Digital Personal Javascript API to read users Fingerprint and save as png. How do i compare two fingerprint Image on the web using digital Personal.This should be on the web either using ACtiveX or Applet?
