How to create a web server without using Wamp Server or Xampp

I am trying to make a web server based on XAMP (Windows, Apache, MySQL, PHP). Since the server would be used for production I shouldn't use XampServer nor XAMPP. I am having a hard time finding literature on how to do that.

Any help would be much appreciated.
