Can't access "askvg.com", Always shows "access denied" for any device with my google account

I get this message "access denied" whenever I try to access askvg.com from any device that has ever - at any point of time- had my google account logged in. I even bought a new phone yesterday for my wife, logged in using my google account and then finished setting up her new phone and then logged out of my google account and then she logged in using her own google account. Now, even she can't access askvg.com. This includes all browsers. I installed Phoenix browser on my phone and I could access the website for the first time for just few seconds and when I tried to go to any other page in the same website, I got the message "access denied" and can't access the website anymore and that's using any browser whether it has my google account in it or no, whether it is normal or incognito mode, even with VPN. I have another phone that I have never used my google account in it and I can access the website easily. I tried clearing all data,cookies and cache but no use. I'll be grateful for all your help.
